ADMISSIONS

Every great journey begins with a single step. If you believe your child deserves an education that sees them fully — their strengths, their curiosity, their potential — we would love to meet your family. Here is everything you need to know about joining the i Global community.

Admission FAQs

Q: What makes i Global School different from other schools in Vasai?

IGS is the only school in the region that offers a structured Integrated Excellence Programme from Nursery to Grade 5, followed by an evidence-based counselling process that helps families choose between ICSE and Cambridge IGCSE at Grade 6. We do not ask families to make that decision at the time of admission — we make it together, after five years of truly knowing your child.

Q: Which boards does i Global School offer?

i Global School offers dual affiliation — ICSE and Cambridge IGCSE. From Nursery to Grade 5, all students follow the Integrated Excellence Programme. From Grade 6 onwards, students move into their chosen pathway: ICSE (Grades 6–10) or Cambridge IGCSE (Grades 6–10).

Q: How do I know which board is right for my child?

You don’t have to decide at admission — and that is exactly the point. Over five years, our teachers observe your child across academics, communication, creativity, leadership, sports and adaptability. At the end of Grade 5, we sit with your family, review everything we have learned about your child, and together make an informed, evidence-based choice. No guesswork. No pressure.

Q: What age groups does the school cater to?

iGlobal School welcomes students from Nursery through to Grade 10, covering the full foundational and secondary years of a child’s education.

Q: What is the admission process?

Our admission process is designed to be warm and straightforward. It begins with an enquiry, followed by a school visit and interaction, submission of required documents, and a conversation with our team. We believe admissions should be a two-way process — you are choosing us, and we are choosing the right fit for our community.

Q: What documents are required for admission?

Documents typically required include the child’s birth certificate, previous academic records (where applicable), passport-size photographs, proof of residence and the parent’s identity proof. Our admissions team will provide a complete checklist upon enquiry.

Q: Does i Global School have support for children with learning differences?

Yes. We have a dedicated Special Educator and on-board Counsellor who work closely with students who may need additional support. We are committed to ensuring that every child — regardless of their learning style or pace — feels supported, understood and capable of thriving at IGS.

Q: What is the medium of instruction?

The medium of instruction at iGlobal School is English. Indian languages and values are woven meaningfully into the school culture and curriculum.

Q: Are there co-curricular activities beyond academics?

Absolutely. Speech & Drama, Music, Dance, Art, Sports and a range of other co-curricular programmes are an integral part of life at iGlobal School — not optional extras. We believe a child’s development cannot be complete without them.

Q: How can I schedule a visit to the school?

We would love to show you around. Simply fill in the enquiry form on our website or call us directly and our admissions team will arrange a visit at a time that works for your family.
